We wanted to know what our options were and... read more the costs associated with each type. Stuart was extremely patient and informative providing pros and cons for each material. We originally selected a shingle roof and went as far as selecting the color and start date but at the last minute we decided to go with a metal roof. Stuart was understanding and provided the different options for a metal roof: gauge, best color, design and more. We further discussed the sofit, vents and gutters to complete the job. Everything was written and listed. There were no surprises! When we needed more information Stuart would call and explain everything in detail. Stuart is an excellent communicator and extremely prompt with responses. We live in Brooklyn and our house is in Sarasota. Stuart sent us progress updates via photos and texts. My husband flew down to Florida to check on things and was confident about the job and returned prior to completion. The workers, under supervision of Stuart were courteous, clean and professional. I did not know him before.However he did an excellent job of explaining the damage done and the cost of the replacement. His quote was within a negligible difference from other quotes that I got. After the work has been done I could not have been more happier that I got him. He did a fantastic job. He was very punctual and available to talk to anytime I called .
